DVR "TN" Series Software Upgrade
You can download the most recent software upgrade (as of 3/11/08) for our TN, TS and TT Series DVR's. This software includes the following feature enhancements: more . . . .

Click and Save Target As)
Software version 7AN0-2121-0316-2117
Read these
instructions for reference on how to install the TN Series software revision.
Please unzip the file directly to a USB flashdrive.
The flashdrive will now have 1 folder "upd_200s" containing
4 files on it.
As an alternative, users may elect to copy the "upd_200s" folder to a CD for upgrade instead of using a USB device.
Shut down
DVR and remove power for 10 seconds.
Restart DVR
After complete start up of the TN Series DVR, Enter Main Menu
Enter System Setup
Enter Version
Select Upgrade Via Local Device
Follow prompts for upgrade...
Verify a "Successful" message when complete.
Currently, we are not supporting Wireless LAN or SMS in the TN series.

Management Software is a remote application
program for Speco Technologies' DVR-TL, TN, TS and TT Series of Internet
ready DVRs. It can be installed on a PC that is connected to a LAN or
Internet connection to remotely access, view and configure up to 16 DVRs
simultaneously (that's 256 camera views - can see 64 thumbnails per running

The latest CMS software upgrade (as of 3/11/08) supports our entire embedded DVR line. This software includes feature enhancements as follows:
o PTZ controls now
function in E-MAP view
o The Player module has been recreated for better performance

(Right click and "save target as" to download
the file to your computer hard drive. After unzipping the file, run **.exe

The EXT21FS driver
allows you to run a Linux System on Windows. Download the zip file, unzip
it and follow the instructions for installation (found in the .pdf file
listed below). If you are a Windows user, you need
to install this driver before using SpecoPlayer to see the .drv file.
