Outside Sales Support Our professional and friendly regional sales managers are our first line of support. In addition to selling the features and benefits of our unique product line, they also provide on-site demonstrations and formal classroom training sessions for CCTV and Audio. Our regional sales managers are also able to help our customers’ businesses grow by supplying customized marketing programs tailored to their specific vertical markets.
Marketing Support We offer custom marketing materials with our customers‘ company logo and contact information added. Customized marketing materials displaying our customers’ product requests are always available. Marketing materials include posters, postcards, mailers, brochures, email blasts, etc.
Customer Support Our knowledgeable customer support people are in place to assist in placing orders, or to help answer any questions regarding our products. Customer support is available Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5:30PM Eastern Time
Technical Support Our technical support group is available to assist in designing a system, help with installations and other professional advice. Technical support is available Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-7:00PM Eastern Time Speco Sponsored Trainings Speco offers training at industry events, distributor locations, and in our corporate offices. Training is available for CCTV, cameras, DVRs and audio. We also offer BICSI and CEU certified courses in CCTV & 70 Volt audio.
Speco Website & Reference Materials Our website offers the following resources: Step-by-step instructional videos, hard drive calculators, CCTV lens calculators, 70 Volt amplifier and speaker setup guides, installation application drawings, and much more.
